IUGB Welcomes Delegation of Top US and European Institutions for Exclusive Partnership Talks

On Thursday, October 26, 2023, the International University of Grand-Bassam (IUGB) had the
honor of extending a warm welcome to a distinguished delegation of institutions from the United
States and Europe on its campus in Grand-Bassam. This significant event saw senior representatives from these institutions engaging in two essential meetings with the IUGB
community, fostering the prospects of valuable academic collaborations.

The event started with a meeting between the IUGB administration, led by the Provost and Vice
President for Academic, Prof. Dr. DeBrenna Agbényiga, and the visiting institutions. Held in the
meeting room, this session provided a platform for both IUGB and visiting institutions to make
presentations and discuss potential partnership opportunities. It laid the foundation for future
discussions and collaborations, emphasizing the commitment to academic excellence.

The second meeting took place in the auditorium and was attended by a multitude of enthusiastic
students, filling the venue to capacity. Visiting institutions discussed opportunities for IUGB
students to pursue graduate studies at their prestigious institutions. The presentation was followed
