Dedicated to advancing scholarship
IUGB students Saphyra DIABATE and Donald ARRA with IUGB Faculty, Dr. Jean G. TOMPIHE were invited to attend the 80th Annual Midwest Political Science Association Conference held in Chicago, IL from April 13 to April 16, 2023.
The Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) was founded in 1939 and is dedicated to advancing scholarship in all areas of political science. The purposes of the MPSA are to promote the professional study and teaching of political science, to facilitate communications between those engaged in such study and to develop standards for and encourage research in theoretical and practical political problems.
Both students and Dr. TOMPIHE were invited to present an article they wrote together, tilted “Democracy: reinstating military coups in Africa”.
IUGB is really proud of this opportunity, given especially to our students. We salute their achievement and encourage other students to take such brilliant initiatives and not hesitate to collaborate and solicit the assistance of faculty members.
Keep Focused and Track Progress
A special thanks to IUGB faculty, and especially to Dr. TOMPIHE, for their support and the coaching provided to the students.
Kudos!
