Julie Reimer Béda is the Director of the University Preparatory Program at IUGB, Cote d’Ivoire. She taught English in such diverse countries as Japan, Latvia, Puerto Rico,
Bulgaria, and Guinea before coming to IUGB in 2008. She has a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington and an M.A. TESL from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
