A Major Milestone for ITMA and African Academic Integration
On the sidelines of the 12th Graduation Ceremony of the International University of Grand-Bassam (IUGB), Mr. Oumar Ibrahima Touré, Chairman of the Board of ITMA and Lycée Les Castors, officially signed a strategic partnership agreement with Professor Saliou Touré, President of IUGB.
This landmark partnership is built around three key objectives:
- Facilitating the mobility and integration of Malian students at the IUGB campus in Grand-Bassam.
- Ensuring a seamless academic transition into IUGB’s English-language degree programs.
- Strengthening academic, scientific, and institutional collaboration between the two institutions.
For ITMA, this agreement represents an important new opportunity for its students. It provides direct access to an American-standard higher education experience while remaining connected to West Africa through a partnership driven by a shared commitment to educating the next generation of African leaders.
Through this strategic alliance, ITMA continues to build bridges—between Mali and Côte d’Ivoire, between local excellence and international academic standards, and between ambitious students and world-class educational opportunities.
